IMPORTANT: ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU (UK, USA, WORLDWIDE)

As of 10 March 2026, the following terms apply to all international orders:

United Kingdom: To avoid complex customs fees and import VAT, we recommend keeping your individual orders between €100 and €130. Orders exceeding £135 are subject to local UK taxes and duties, which are the buyer's responsibility. Shipping to the UK is now a flat rate of €20.
USA & Rest of World: All import duties, local taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Zero Refund Policy: We strictly do not issue refunds for shipments that are uncollected, ignored by the buyer, or rejected by customs in the destination country. By placing an order, you agree that all funds paid are forfeited if the parcel is not collected.
