TERMS OF SERVICE & BUSINESS CONDITIONS

This website is operated by MICHAEL MODER TRADE LIMITED, Ireland (Registration No. 698039). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Michael Moder Trade Limited.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

SECTION 1 - OPERATOR AND LOGISTICS

The operator of this website and the sole exporter of goods is: MICHAEL MODER TRADE LIMITED 51 Bracken Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18, D18 CV48, Ireland.

  • Warehouse: All orders are processed and dispatched exclusively from our warehouse in Ireland.

  • Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch orders usually by the next business day after payment confirmation.

  • Registered Office: Please note that our office address in Sandyford is for legal purposes only. No stock is kept there, and no customer visits or unauthorized returns are accepted at this location.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS, HYGIENE, AND RETURNS (STRICT)

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics, personal care, and dietary supplements), strict health and hygiene rules apply:

  • Hygiene Clause: Pursuant to Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Final Sale: Once the original factory seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the item is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Eligible Returns: Only unopened, factory-sealed items may be considered for return within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

SECTION 3 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS (UK, USA, WORLDWIDE)

For orders delivered outside the European Union:

  • Customs & Duties: All import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • USA Orders: As of 2026, all shipments to the USA are subject to mandatory duties. Failure to cooperate with U.S. Customs results in forfeiture of the shipment.

  • UK Orders: We recommend keeping orders between €100 and €130 to optimize shipping and avoid complex customs fees for orders exceeding £135.

SECTION 4 - UNCOLLECTED AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS

  • Zero Refund Policy: We strictly do not issue refunds for shipments that are uncollected, ignored by the buyer, or refused by the recipient or customs.

  • Forfeiture: If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to the buyer's failure to collect it, all funds paid (product price and shipping) are forfeited. We do not offer free reshipping.

SECTION 5 - DAMAGES AND CLAIMS

  • Protocol: Any claim for transit damage requires clear photo documentation of the shipping box before opening.

  • Carrier Confirmation: No replacements or refunds will be processed until the shipping carrier officially admits fault and confirms the damage in writing.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

FINAL PROVISION - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing the checkout process and submitting an order on drnona.shop, the buyer explicitly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our Shipping and Return Policies. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the buyer and MICHAEL MODER TRADE LIMITED.
