We ship all UK orders from our central warehouse in Ireland. Based on our extensive experience, delivery times usually range from 3 to 7 business days, though local factors like Royal Mail or DPD logistics may occasionally affect this.

Current Shipping Terms for the UK:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: As of March 2026, shipping to the UK is a flat rate of €20.

  • Recommended Order Value: To ensure the smoothest delivery and avoid complex customs procedures, we recommend keeping your individual orders between €100 and €130.

  • Taxes & Duties: Orders valued over Β£135 are subject to UK VAT and import duties as per local legislation. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

As of 2026, the following strict rules apply to all shipments entering the USA:

🚫 STRICT RULES FOR ALL NON-EU ORDERS (PLEASE READ)

By placing an order on our e-shop, you explicitly agree to the following:

  1. Customer Responsibility: All extra payments (VAT, Duty, Customs fees) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  2. ZERO REFUND POLICY: We do not refund money for shipments that are:

    • Uncollected or unclaimed at the post office/depot.

    • Ignored by the buyer after customs contact.

    • Rejected or returned by local customs or postal services.

  3. Forfeiture of Funds: If a parcel is returned to us due to your failure to cooperate with customs or collect the delivery, no refund of the purchase price or shipping costs will be issued.

  4. Reshipment: If you still wish to receive a returned parcel, you must pay the full postage amount again for a new shipment.
