All sales of cosmetics, personal care products, and dietary supplements are final.
Due to strict health protection and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
Conditions for Return (Unopened Items Only) The only exception for a return is if the product remains in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging, exactly as it was delivered.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The Inspection & Refund Process Please note that a refund is not issued automatically upon your shipment.

Receipt of Goods: We must first physically receive the returned item at our facility.

Quality Inspection: Upon arrival, our team will strictly inspect the product to ensure the safety seal is intact and the packaging has not been tampered with or damaged.

Approval: A refund will only be processed after the item passes this inspection. If the seal is found to be broken or the packaging damaged, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

Processing: Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank to process the transaction.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@drnona.shop. In these cases, we will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund at our expense.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If an unopened item is returned and a refund is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
