⚠️ IMPORTANT: Handling Your Dr. Nona Airless Pump Products
Dear Valued Customers of www.drnona.shop,
To ensure the best experience and longevity of your premium Dr. Nona products, we would like to provide essential guidance on the correct handling of our newer packaging systems. This applies particularly to products featuring the Airless Pumping System, including:
-
Dynamic Hydrating Cream
-
Night Cream
-
Facial Solaris
-
ARD Complex Moisturizing Face Cream
-
SHP Skin Halo Protector (SPF 30) – Day Time Face Cream
Critical Instruction for First Use:
After unpacking your cream, DO NOT REMOVE the rubber cap/seal located in the dispensing hole of the applicator lid.
Why is this important? The rubber component is an integral part of the vacuum-sealed (airless) mechanism. It ensures that the product is dispensed correctly while protecting the active Halo Complex™ ingredients from oxidation and contamination. Removing this seal will cause the pump to malfunction and may prevent the product from being dispensed at all.
Pro-Tip for First-Time Priming:
If the cream does not come out immediately upon the first few pumps, please do not attempt to open the bottle. Simply tap the bottom of the container on a flat surface and continue to pump slowly until the vacuum is established.
Thank you for your cooperation and for choosing authentic Dr. Nona products from our Irish headquarters.
